The Candidate Should:
* Be serving or have retired as General Manager or equivalent (or of a higher rank), in any commercial bank, with at least one year exposure at that level, under the age of 62 years. Age limit is relax-able in deserving cases.
* Have proven expertise in all commercial bank activities including extended ones like Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.
* Have exposure and comfort in all contemporary banking approaches relating to Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Treasury Operations, Information Technology, Productivity and Profitability, HRM and CRM.
* Have proven leadership qualities and communication skills to meet challenges with competence and cheer.
* The post is a contractual one for a period of two years.
* The Bank offers a salary of Rs. 30 lac per annum with excellent perks.
* The assignment is at the Bank’s H.O. at Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu.
