Divisional Manager / Cluster Head – Branch Banking
Candidate should drive a team of Branch Managers for business goals and targets, widen the customer base, expand branch network & support the Senior Management with MIS on various performance parameters. Candidate should possess Degree of a recognized University. Professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA/MBA will be an added advantage. He / she should be ideally around 40 years of age. Overall 10 years of post-qualification experience in Branch Operations including credit, of which at least 5 years as Branch head of a large-sized Branch/ Cluster Head.
Assistant General Manager International Banking Division
Candidate should direct the team of professional in international banking division comprising of trade finance, forex treasury and domestic treasury. He / she should possess a degree of a recognized University. Professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA/MBA will be an added advantage. He / she should be ideally around 40 years of age. Overall 10 years of post-qualification experience in trade finance, import-export corresponding banking, domestic & forex treasury, of which at least 5 years at senior management.
Assistant General Manager Audit
Candidate should head the Audit Team, check compliances with Accounting Standards & Principles, conduct review of all statutory compliances and set up controls with the Audit Committee and Statutory Auditors. He / she will also be responsible for fraud investigation and special assignments. Candidate should be Chartered Accountant or a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He / she should be ideally around 40 years of age with overall 15 years of post-qualification experience in banking, of which at least 5 years in the Audit & Inspection Department of a Bank in a Senior Management position.
Deputy General Manager Operations
Candidate should plan, direct, oversee & review the overall Branch Operations functions of the Bank & formulate business strategies & policies & provide overall direction, oversee compliance & MIS on various performance parameters and ensure satisfactory statutory reporting. Candidate should possess degree of a recognized University. Professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA/MBA will be an added advantage. Deputy General Manager Operations should be ideally around 45 years of age and should be a high performing individual with overall 15 years post – qualification experience in banks, of which minimum 5 years focused hands-on experience in credit, operations, forex & compliance, at senior management level.
Age limit may be relaxed at the discretion of the Management.
